CHETRA matches qualified teachers to job vacancies, working with both schools and teachers directly to help fill teaching roles.

CHETRA also matches qualified headteachers and other positions in the school such as administrators.

CHETRA simplifies the whole recruitment and job seeking process for both recruiters and job seekers, while eliminating time restraints of finding the most suitable candidates, at the lowest cost.

We accept as true that teachers are the key to improving quality education. Teachers have more impact on learning outcomes than any other factor. By placing qualified teachers in schools, we believe we will help schools achieve academic excellence.

When we have sourced suitable candidates, we will send the candidates teacher profiles through to the school administration for approval, and arrange interviews for the best-matching candidates. It is worth noting that we vet and screen all teachers that join the agency.

How Do Recruiters work with CHETRA?

Step 1

When your school has a vacancy that needs to be filled, contact CHETRA via email or phone and let us know the specifications of the vacancy

Once candidates have been identified, their files will be sent to you

When the school has chosen candidates that are fitting for the post, we will set up interviews with the candidates

Once a decision has been made, the school can proceed to pay the fee for the service provided.
